Charlie Davies is a professional artist living in Oxfordshire, who divides her time between painting, printmaking and silver-smithing. She trained as a textile designer where she developed her love of the natural world.
She has recently begun using oils and adores the subtleties of colour and effects of light, which can be achieved with this medium.
Her paintings are predominately landscapes, produced outdoors; larger studio works and still lives.  Her etchings and jewellery also draw on the natural world for inspiration.  She belongs to the Oxford Printmakers Collective, and is a member of the Oxford Art Society.

In 2023 she exhibited one of her etchings at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and sold the whole edition of 100. Her paintings and etchings are in private collections worldwide.
